SHIPPING

NVH bags offers Worldwide International Shipping. 

All International orders will be processed through DHL Express or UPS within 3-5 business days. All domestic orders will be processed through Correos Spain, DHL or USPS within 3-5 business days.

Once we receive your order, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process & get the merchandise out. All orders are processed Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM. (Not including holidays)

Preorder & Made-to-order

Shipping time frames will always be displayed on the product description we urge you to read this information prior to shopping. Cancellations to these orders will not be processed. 

International shipping

All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express or UPS Standard / Expedite. Shipping fees vary per destination and you will be able to calculate the cost upon checkout before the order is placed.

 

*Orders that are made for international customers are subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees determined by the country that the package is being shipped too. We are not responsible for these fees and we will NOT accept any merchandise back if you choose to not pay these fees given by the country to which the package has been shipped to. 

RETURNS

We offer returns for either store credit or a refund in the original form of payment. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.nvh-bags.com, please send us a request for a return authorization within 30 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
The items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached including its "DO NOT REMOVE" hangtag. We cannot refund or take returns on bags that has been used. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
NICOLE VAN HAANDEL reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
Request to return or exchanges
We offer returns for a refund in the original form of payment, an exchange for a different color or for a store credit. To return please email to info@nvh-bags.com. Let us know your order number and the reason for return and we will be happy to process your request.
 
Store credit
We happily issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate. Simply use your unique gift certificate code for payment at checkout on your next order with us. The store credit does not expire. 
International returns
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to NICOLE VAN HAANDEL. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. NICOLE VAN HAANDEL is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. Defective items
 
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at info@orseundiris.com.
Returnded to sender/ refused packages

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
